khata transfer
please help. i purchased newly constructed house from builder in apr 2006. i have been paying property tax. due to confusion between me and my lawyer, khata transfer never got initiated from builder's name to my name. i hope i can still do the khata transfer now? i read somewhere that it must be done within 3 mths of the sale?
