Khata certificat/transfer out of BBMP ie. in Gram Panchayat
Hi, I purchaged a flat on Sai Baba Ashram Road Seegahalli. this doesn't come under BBMP its under Gram Panchayat of seegahalli. once one of the residiant of our appartment approached Gram Panchayat office he didn't get any proper responce and rule book for understanding how to go about it. can some one please help suggesting how to go about it if we don'r want to give any bribe.
