Khata for new apartments
Dear Mr. Hariparakash, We are a group of residents of an apartment block seeking to register our khatas without paying any bribe. We had earlier been thinking of going down the bribe-and-get-it-done route but after reading about your story in the papers, like many others here, we have also been inspired to go through this without paying any bribe. Would it be possible to discuss some of the issues regarding this with you on the phone or if we could invite you over to talk to our group ?
