I have purchased a plot of land from confident group at Hoskote .
I have applied for khata transfer with all relevant documents.
However ,now, the secretary over there is asking for original receipts and documents , which a corporate like Confident will not provide .
Is the secretary within his rights to ask for the documents ?
Also , is there an alternate place to file for Khata transfer ,apart from at that non descript village ?
Regards,
R Bhat
thanks lot.
